Labor Warranty
All labor performed by Lowcountry Computer Guy is warranted for 30 days from the date of service. If the same issue recurs within 30 days, we will re-diagnose and repair at no additional labor charge.
Parts Warranty
Parts and components installed by our technicians carry the manufacturer's warranty, which typically ranges from 90 days to 1 year depending on the component. We will assist you in processing any valid warranty claims.
What Is Covered
Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts installed during the original service. This includes hardware installations, software configurations, and network setups performed by our technicians.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, physical damage, user error, viruses or malware introduced after service, or issues unrelated to the original repair. Pre-existing conditions are also excluded.
