We also supply you with just about any other computer-related items you may need to achieve your goals. We have been servicing the Lowcountry for over twelve years!
Installations:
We install what you need for your business or your home whether you purchased those items from us or not.
Service & Repair:
We service and repair most desktop or laptop computers and will advise you whether it makes better economical sense to replace or repair your existing computer. We offer a variety of options tailored to meet your needs and provide you with the highest level of service.
On-Site:
We come to you and fix the problem there – in the comfort of your home or office.
Office Drop Off:
You may take your computer to one of our offices. Office hours are 8:30am-12pm and 1:00pm-5:00pm, M-F. Bring only the desktop tower or laptop and any operating discs (cds) you may have.
Dial-in Support:
If your computer is able to connect to the Internet and your problem is not hardware related, we offer dial-in support at a reduced rate. We will contact you to direct you to our website where you will be instructed to download a short program and grant us access to your computer. We will then be able to access your computer and make the necessary repairs
Virus Protection:
Viruses, spyware, adware, and other forms of malware are malicious activities designed to harm your computer. If you do not have a strong defense system to protect your computer from these intrusions, it is not a matter of if your computer will be harmed but when. We keep abreast of the latest research on a wide variety of protection programs to provide you with the best available.
Networking:
If you have more than one computer in your home, you may need to share files and one printer. We can satisfy this need economically and efficiently.
Data Backup:
